Highly recommended by dog walkers 6 years ago, and I can understand why.Staff friendly and professional with our dealings with Agria,I have recommend this company over the past years to many other pet owners and their feedback is always the same as mine, excellent service expedient payments I receive a text they have received my claim and process is always within a week. I insured my Finley from a puppy (he’s now 2&half) he developed allergies to food & dust mites & is on immunity injections & steroids. Agria have been brilliant, they are friendly, helpful & Keep me informed of what’s going on with my claim. Can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Compassion at a time of loss.

My beautiful 2yr old ragdoll got out of our garden and was sadly involved in a fatal road accident. The claim handler was kind, compassionate and very understanding. They paid out quickly and without quibble, no appeals, arguments or conveyor belt treatment like I’ve experienced from another insurance company in the past! Caring friendly Pet Insurance

Agria provide a straightforward, very competitive and nonsense insurance cover for our two Border Terriers. When I've contacted them they are always available and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They do really seem to care about our pets. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

When I was first looking for insurance for Poppy the Puppy there was lots to choose from. Agria had some great reviews and their customer service is second to none.
