British call centre

I tried to get quotes from another well known company and could not understand what they were saying in their Indian call centre and they could not understand me very well. I would hate to try to make a claim when upset and still not be understood. Agria was a wonderful experience in comparison. More looks than substance

I loved the vibe of the provider and insurance for my kitty. Seemed like a solid, good cover and thought the provider seemed to stand for my values. However, Upon trying to claim for a undiscovered heart condition in my kitty, they told me they wouldn’t pay out, despite no prior knowledge of the issue. Very disappointing, and expensive if they squirm out of paying for the big stuff insurance is supposed to help with. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
