More looks than substance

I loved the vibe of the provider and insurance for my kitty. Seemed like a solid, good cover and thought the provider seemed to stand for my values. However, Upon trying to claim for a undiscovered heart condition in my kitty, they told me they wouldn’t pay out, despite no prior knowledge of the issue. Very disappointing, and expensive if they squirm out of paying for the big stuff insurance is supposed to help with. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

I have insured my dogs before but have always been disappointed by the company when i have to use them. When my young cocker spaniel got bitten by another dog and ended up having a major operation, Agria were absolutely superb. They were very professional and sensed how upset I was about the incident. I rang them and they took over all correspondence with my Vet and sorted all the financial side of the cost. Thank you Agria! Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
