Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Easy to set up and absolutely no complaints

After some negative experiences with pet insurance back home (North America) I was a bit apprehensive about getting coverage once we moved across the pond. This was so easy to setup and manage, and everything is easily handled through our vet. Zero complaints from us and I think we'll be customers for quite a while. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

No worries

We have 2 cocker spaniels, Dora and Minnie. Dora started with seizures last year and needs regular medication. Its such a worry, but Agria help to take our worry away, we know we can rely on them. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

The best customer service and product!

We have SEVERAL vet visits due to out little kitty and they sorted the bill straight away, kept us informed of the excess and bill copies everyone. I couldn't recommend them enough. They didn't even blink an eye when we went through 12k in one year ! Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Easy and affordable for my new rescue

Very easy system to insure and affordable for a new rescue aged 6. I've used the Veterinary nurse telephone service a few times and it's so fab to have them on call, when your pet is being weird and wonderful. The reassurance of this service alone is very worthwhile. I hadn't heard of Agria before the rescue centre but they've been fab so far Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

We’ve found Agria great. When we had to make a claim, everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful, and I genuinely think they cared about the welfare of our cats.
