Excellent service, hassle free and very professional.

Our three month old puppy needed an urgent operation during lockdown. With difficulty we persuaded a local veterinary practice to manage the surgery. Agria's help line was exemplary and took the financial anxiety out of the whole stressful episode. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

I phoned to review my insurance and add on the new puppy. Staff were very helpful and with taking off the breeder add on which was no longer needed my Policy for both dogs ended up being the same for the one. Also have experience making a claim as Mum dog had to have a caesarian & stay overnight. All covered & no problem claiming. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

*****Only given 4 star as yet i have yet to claim and hopefully won't have to. ******* Have only just taken out this insurance and it was a 5 * service very helpful and was able to follow up with same person after initial call. I did a lot of research and comparisons on providers and cover and felt agria was the most suitable for my needs, ease of payments if ever needed and also taking in consideration to the conversations i had with vets as to which would be most appropriate (they weren't allowed to recommend one but with questioning about their experiences i got answers that i needed to make final decision) not the cheapest but i feel the best for quality and service. Like i said earlier i have Only given 4 star as yet i have yet to claim and hopefully won't have to. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
