Best we could find, flexible and realistic with good cover

Having had dogs that were regular visitors to the vet clinic, due to conditions and accidents, we knew we wanted decent cover for our newest pup. |We had read the reviews on other "great" insurance companies where sign up was cheap but renewals suddenly went through the roof and wanted to avoid this. We had used policies underwritten by Agria before but wanted one where the payment was done directly with the vet clinic. This seemed a reasonably easy process when we had to use it after our pup needed surgery on a cut paw. We also wanted a policy that was flexible enough to allow us to limit the vaccinations our dog receives and also has no requirement for her to have a yearly visit to prove her health. All in all you get what you pay for and given the number of years we hope to spend with our latest dobermann, we feel it is an investment in her and our future. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Very supportive at a difficult time

Teddy, Our Bichon Frise Developed a bowel disease, Unfortunately although he seemed to respond to treatment in the beginning where the vet tried to reduce his steroid treatment in favour of a more long team treatment his symptoms returned and we knew that they had done everything that the reasonable could do and we had to let him go.
