Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I’ve been with Agria for almost five years now. It all started off when I bought my first dog, they couldn't have been any easier or pleasnt to deal with. When I added my second dog a few years later, it was again, simple, and easy to get her added to the policy. When unfortunately one of them required surgery. No unnecessary paperwork, a straightforward no hassle process from start to finish. Leaving me with no worries, apart from getting my dog back to full fitness. Great peace of mind

Have been using Agria for quite a few years and have only had good experiences, most notably from the claims team who genuinely seem to understand how it feels when you're worried about a pet. Never had a problem claiming and it's just reassuring not having to worry about the cost if one of my pets gets ill. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Comprehensive, lifetime pet insurance that gives me peace of mind

Agria is a company I have known about and recommended for some years. I like the fact that they don't offer anything other than lifetime cover - you can't inadvertently get the "wrong" one, and end up running out of cover after a year. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020

Friendliest Insurance Company

Our Springer Spaniel Pup broke his elbow during the Covid Pandemic lockdown period. I rang on two separate occasions with questions and could not quite believe how concerned, friendly and helpful the two colleagues were, it was like chatting to a friend. The claim was dealt with and settled so swiftly with great, clear, precise correspondence at all stages. I would absolutely recommend Agria to anyone from my personal experience.
