Friendliest Insurance Company

Our Springer Spaniel Pup broke his elbow during the Covid Pandemic lockdown period. I rang on two separate occasions with questions and could not quite believe how concerned, friendly and helpful the two colleagues were, it was like chatting to a friend. The claim was dealt with and settled so swiftly with great, clear, precise correspondence at all stages. I would absolutely recommend Agria to anyone from my personal experience. Agria makes it easy to understand everything in the Terms and conditions of your policy, in-line most insurance companies where I’ve always felt unsure about my pets cover. I have my House rabbits insured with Agria and feel confident we would be understood and looker adopter my them. Agria is helpful and and would recommend

Agria helped us when our cat fell ill but the claim process wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. There are improvements which can be made such as making the claim process online instead of having to use paper forms. The welcome pack and voucher were very much appreciated and great incentive to join. Reviewed on: 27th June 2020
