One of my girls had to have an emergency c-cection. I contacted them and they were very compassionate and helpful and a prompt payment was made to my vet. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Generous company with great customer service skills

When I first applied to Agria, I discovered one of my rabbits were too old to be insured, however, they said they would keep me in mind because once or twice a year they have a lifetime offer plan which expands to older animals. I had completely forgotten about it, when one day I received call. Turns out, the offer had come out, and they had remembered me from months in the past. I was so grateful and honoured that they had kept me in mind that I signed up immediately with my older rabbit, my youngest already being part of their insurance plan. I'd highly recommend them to anyone on this alone, because I can guarantee not many other companies would have gone out of their way to do this. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Great for Pet Owners and Vets

I'm a vet with 3 feline pets. When dealing with clients with Agria pet insurance its always very smooth and they pay out very quickly, with very little to complain about. As a pet owner with agria insurance with my own animals I can relax knowing Ive got a great product to help with any unexpected problems they may have, and I love the little things, like the vouchers towards vaccinations, which encourage owners to be responsible about vaccinating, while also helping reduce costs to those clients by helping them out a bit.
