Outstanding Company with superb customer support

We adopted a rescue dog from Turkey 2 years ago yesterday. Unfortunately for Rory, he developed a number of issues that required several operations and investigations. At all times Agria Customer and Claim staff were helpful and supportive. We have had animals all our lives but Agria is the first pet insurance company that we have dealt with and after 2 years of working with them, I highly recommend them - and do so to friends, family and even people that we meet on dog walks! Fuss-free pet insurance cover

Thankfully we've had very few incidents but when we have been unfortunate enough to have to make a claim, Agria have been efficient and easy to deal with throughout the process. They seem to be good value for money too from what I have experienced. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Great pet insurance!

My kitten left the breeder with 5 weeks free insurance from Agria. Unfortunately within 3 weeks of having her she needed a life saving operation due to an intussusception. I claimed on my free insurance not expecting a positive result. Within a week of the claim being submitted it was paid £1600.00. I then took out a policy with Agria to continue when the 5 weeks free insurance ended. My poor kitten again suffered an intussusception! After another major operation and a weeks stay at the vets my kitten returned home. Again Agria paid the claim in 7 days £2700.00. I have been very impressed and relieved by Agria Insurance.
