Amazing service at a difficult time

Our young dog Ludo was crushed by a large unaccompanied stray dog that broke his leg in two places, requiring £4000 of specialist vet treatment. Agria were amazing - it was easy to give them the details of the accident by email, and they okayed the payment straight to two different vets without any fuss whatsoever. Top service - and our payments for the following year have not gone up much either. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2020

Great claims handling

When my kitten nearly died from a sudden unknown illness it was such a stressful, scary time. Agria were amazing at handling the claim and made it totally seamless. I feel totally confident as having them as the insurer of my pets. Great to know I can rely on them in such a stressful situation. The handlers are always really caring and friendly, and are very easy to talk to. I always recommend them to all my friends and family.
