When my beloved 12 year old dog passed away earlier this year after suffering an ongoing heart condition for a number of years, it was so reassuring to know that Agria was there to take on the financial burden at such a stressful, worrying and emotional time. They actually care!

The claims team have always been so helpful when handling my claims and questions about my policy, which has taken some of the stress dealing with their illnesses. When one of our dogs passed I was heartbroken and couldn't get through the call to notify them of her passing without tears . The lady was so understanding, handled everything for me and I even got a sympathy card from her. Thank u for great customer service and treating us as more than a policy number. Don't know what we'd have done without insurance

Our rescue pup has had a pretty intense first year and spent a lot of time at specialist vets, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. I really don't know what we would have done without having insurance. They handle the claims without drama, and we have been reimbursed quickly. Living so rurally we do have a trek to our nearest specialists which means long days and high mileage...but worth it to ensure our girl gets the care she needs. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022
