They actually care!

The claims team have always been so helpful when handling my claims and questions about my policy, which has taken some of the stress dealing with their illnesses. When one of our dogs passed I was heartbroken and couldn't get through the call to notify them of her passing without tears . The lady was so understanding, handled everything for me and I even got a sympathy card from her. Thank u for great customer service and treating us as more than a policy number.
