I am very impressed with Agria insurance. They were recommended to us by the rehoming charity my mother got her greyhound from. When the dog later developed epilepsy and required daily medication Agria never quibbled over the bills and met the claim promptly. They have also been very understanding as my mother developed Alzheimer's and struggled with the claim process so needed help from family members, leading to different names appearing on invoices for her dog. My claims have been reviewed promptly and I never had any issues. Having been with other insurers in the past, I felt disheartened and if Agria didn’t offer a promotion, I probably wouldn’t even give it a try. I’m glad I did as a couple of my cats needed treatment, and I was very pleased to see that they simply contacted my vet, dealt with them directly, and I got the payment really quickly.
