Don't know what we'd have done without insurance

Our rescue pup has had a pretty intense first year and spent a lot of time at specialist vets, physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. I really don't know what we would have done without having insurance. They handle the claims without drama, and we have been reimbursed quickly. Living so rurally we do have a trek to our nearest specialists which means long days and high mileage...but worth it to ensure our girl gets the care she needs. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

I am very impressed with Agria insurance. They were recommended to us by the rehoming charity my mother got her greyhound from. When the dog later developed epilepsy and required daily medication Agria never quibbled over the bills and met the claim promptly. They have also been very understanding as my mother developed Alzheimer's and struggled with the claim process so needed help from family members, leading to different names appearing on invoices for her dog.
