My claims have been reviewed promptly and I never had any issues. Having been with other insurers in the past, I felt disheartened and if Agria didn’t offer a promotion, I probably wouldn’t even give it a try. I’m glad I did as a couple of my cats needed treatment, and I was very pleased to see that they simply contacted my vet, dealt with them directly, and I got the payment really quickly. We love being part of the Agria family! So many great educational posts, tips and tricks to ensure a happy and healthy dog- not to mention all the discounts you can access for other brands. We had to make a claim and it was a direct claim from the vet with pre-approval which was such a relief to know the cost was covered prior to the operation taking place!
