Fantastic and easy to set up.

Very happy with my dog insurance. Very quick to set up and start. A little disappointed as requested quote for 2 horses and never received a follow up? I went elsewhere for them. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Great sales lady

The lady I spoke to was lovely and looked up the breed of my puppy while I was talking to her. It was nice that there was an interest in the dog I have. Reviewed on: 30th September 2022

Rani is Rescued.

5
Rani arrived late in March on a wet and windy Thursday night. She'd hD a four day journey with other dogs,in van from Romania. She was the last rescue to be dropped off and l can only imagine how terrified she must have been. Finally l was handed this scared little skinny girl who was making herself as small as possible. She shook all the way home wrapped in a rug l'd taken with me and literally shaking . Two days later she was less scared and we managed to get her to our Vet Yes she was skinny ,had worms etc and not to worry they'd see to all that. We'd had dealings with Agria with our previous rescue who had died a last year and knew we would get the care through them that Rani needed.Just one phone call and it was sorted. Today Rani has been with us six months and is a different dog.We have complete trust in Agria that everything goes smoothly ,which is a big worry off our minds. Reviewed on: 30th September 2022

Safe hands only let down by expensive co payment

5
I feel in Safe hands with Agria. They deal easily and usually very quickly with claims and direct claims. I like being able to submit the claims myself online. Queries are answered pretty fast as well, and I don't feel there is anything I need to worry about not being covered for. The policy premiums have gone up a lot as my pets have aged (but all insurances do) but actually this year they didn't thank goodness!! My only wish with Agria is that they stop or drastically reduce the co payment % for older pets as it makes it hard to budget and pay for expensive treatments, meaning sometimes I feel I have to put off some less urgent but needed things a little while to afford the conpayment % (If a vet bill is say £1500 for an operation, I would pay about £100 in excess and £300 in the co payment. Yes I can arrange a direct vlaim but nust still find that £400 up front, along with my montky premium of just over £100 for an older dog. Some of our pets are with another insurer, who's excess stays the same no matter the age and there is no extra 20%, although cover is a few thousand pounds less per year. I would rather pay a slightly higher premium and have a manageable fixed excess. In summary a very reliable service, that would be the holy grail of pet insurance if only they would change this part of their policies, or have a choice of policies with no added co payemnt.
