We never expected to need this help from what happened but we did she is only 3 years old I have alway had insurance for my pets for 40 years and never had to claim but this year I did and thankfully we where covered It cost a lot more then you would think with out this I could have lost my little girl she is so special to me . I cannot thank the staff at Agria for their sensitivity and love when our now sadly missed kitten Arlo passed away. They were quick and to the point of getting the insurance paid out leaving us with a great peace of mind and making our sad experience as easy as possible. In every email we had they passed on their condolences and was delt with very quickly and efficiently. Well done Agria, I won't use any one else.
