Fantastic customer service

I cannot thank the staff at Agria for their sensitivity and love when our now sadly missed kitten Arlo passed away. They were quick and to the point of getting the insurance paid out leaving us with a great peace of mind and making our sad experience as easy as possible. In every email we had they passed on their condolences and was delt with very quickly and efficiently. Well done Agria, I won't use any one else. Touch wood I’ve not needed to claim yet but when I got my cat I wanted to make sure that I had him covered in case of any emergency.
