Touch wood I’ve not needed to claim yet but when I got my cat I wanted to make sure that I had him covered in case of any emergency. Trouble free and caring service

Our dog required a serious operation on its spine - fast response was said to be beneficial to minimise further potential damage, and so from the initial Vet consultation in the morning, the MRI scan was carried out by the specialists and the operation performed almost immediately. Agria handled the claim and subsequent requirements excellently and we cannot fault the staff who dealt with our subsequent queries and requirements of the process - 10/10.
