Seem like a great insurer

I haven’t thankfully had to use them yet, however I know many people who have and that’s why I now use them. I’ve heard great things as to how helpful they are and fast at responding! Wildly escalating premiums, threadbare customer service

My premium has gone up nearly 70% since 2019 - and I'm now covered for less. Customer service is very mixed, ranging from OK to totally unresponsive. Lots of high-pressure marketing. Reviewed on: 6th September 2022
