Surprised to learn that the cost of insurance for a single 12 day cruise was only about 15 % cheaper than taking annual cover. Your representative answered all my queries satisfactorily but was clearly reading off a script. A more relaxed approach would be more appealing. Never the less I was happy with the end result.
