Top Marks RE. Your cancellation service

Everyone I've spoken to at All Clear has been very professional, helpful and friendly and I've found it easy to discuss with you my medical issues, without any feeling of embarrassment. Since booking this policy on 26th August, my Sister, who was to be coming on holiday with me, has fallen ill at beginning of September & needs medical treatment (she will be having some tests) here at home in UK. I still plan to go on the holiday but she needs to cancel for herself. The lady we spoke to this morning was very helpful and compassionate & she's going to send us a paper form to complete regarding my Sister's cancellation. Many thanks for Top Marks service. I'll definitely use All Clear Travel insurance for future holidays to. I feel confident that you will look after me on my forthcoming Cyprus holiday travelling alone, should anything go wrong.
