I was looking for a travel policy tailored to our needs as my husband had some upcoming medical tests. Our usual choice for insurance was requiring me to make a phone call first to discuss the details. We were unable to go on holiday last year due to my husband been ill at the last minute but claim was settled quickly with no hassle at all. The only thing where I thought the system could have been improved was with a call handler instead of completing forms on line or sending in the post Reviewed on: 4th September 2025
