Made a claim and sent documentation by registered post. No response from AllClear after 3 weeks I followed up my telephone call and was informed that the paperwork was being considered. The company needs to improve its relationship with its customers by being more customer facing. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

We booked to go to Australia, unfortunately my dad had a heart attack. We cancelled our trip. Allclear payed out with no fuss after providing all reverent paperwork required for Claim. After my husband’s diagnosis of prostate cancer, I contacted AllClear and found them very helpful. I set up the insurance over the phone, and being rather deaf, it was a relief to find the lady I spoke to very clear and audible. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

pre existing medical conditions,
