Finding the right amount of cover is straightforward and quick. The website is clear and detailed. The process for obtaining a quote is user-friendly. Unfortunately I had to use my annual cover within a few weeks of it starting as I had a chest infection on holiday in Barbados. I had to make a claim for a visit to a medical centre and prescription issued. This claim was dealt with promptly upon my return home. The money was in my account within a week or so.
