Unfortunately I had to use my annual cover within a few weeks of it starting as I had a chest infection on holiday in Barbados. I had to make a claim for a visit to a medical centre and prescription issued. This claim was dealt with promptly upon my return home. The money was in my account within a week or so. Price was significantly better than anything I could find on any comparison site, and customer service was very good when I need to contact them about a possible medical condition.
