Left us stranded in Oz when Emirates cancelled our flight, no help . When we eventually got home and made a claim they said that we weren't covered for flight cancellations. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Very helpful when we bought our policy ,but unfortunately we had to make a claim they state 99%of claims paid in 5 working days now on week 8 and getting nowhere don't recommend Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

Fantastic service, thank you!

My husband was skiing in the States, had a fall and later that night went to hospital with severe abdominal pain. He was discharged after 24 hours and lots of scans/tests. He found the person responsible for handling insurance claims before he left. She saw it was AllClear and said "Great, I know these people. No problem." The bill would have been a big one, but it was settled immediately. Thank you AllClear. SO IMPRESSED. Have just renewed our holiday insurance with them. Reviewed on: 27th April 2025
