Customer service not responsive

Partners meds were changed just before holiday. We emailed together them know and ask if we needed to do anything to make sure that we still had cover. Customer service took a week to decide that we needed to ring them by which time we were half way through our holiday. I'm guessing we weren't covered so payed for nothing Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
