I have recently needed to speak to customer services and I must say the lady I spoke to was not only professional, knowledgeable she was also extremely friendly and helpful. I had to cancel and then renew my policy due to having surgery but I got the same price as before and it was also cheaper than the year before, which is almost unheard of in insurance renewals. It has the added bonus of being excellent value and was able to add my husband to the policy, so he would be covered with any additional costs if I was to fall unwell and need the support of my policy. I haven't needed to claim on my insurance but I can safely say I have every confidence that it would be dealt with swift and with no problems. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

The quote to cover my wife and I was fairly easy to get online with no impossible to answer questions. We both have health issues and we were surprised how competitive the quote was. We unfortunately had to make a claim on the policy. The claim was paid in full with no quibbling. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
