I spoke directly to a service agent not a robot!

I was able to speak directly to a service agent and discuss my needs with a human, what a breath of fresh air! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a pleasure to set up my policy. I recently suffered a Mini Stroke (TIA) and was refused insurance from my previous provider, so needed a specialist provider who understood the issues. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Agent contact supberb and money saving..

I called the contact line to discuss and clarify points in the policy. The phone numbers published don’t work but I managed to find the right number to call. Clarification was obtained and when it came to the pricing the agent told me how to save more money so I was left really satisfied Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Have been let down by 2 other travel insurance companies in recent months. One cancelled 2 days before our flight because I informed them I was going for a blood test. Rang all clear and got insurance straight away. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
