Reported a doctor's visit. Issued covered with no extre premium, but admin fee of £15 charged, which reduced my policy's competitive price. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Reply from AllClear Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As per the terms in the policy, we do charge a £15 admin fee when amending policies. The administration fee is applied to help towards business running costs such as our contact centre, postage, credit card fees (if applicable), it’s a contribution to the running costs of our business.
