They insured me and my wife with an annual multi-trip policy when all other companies I contacted would not. Customer service is great - real people who answer the call promptly, friendly and helpful. No pushing into dealing with the policy online, and simple to update medical conditions. Looked for Worldwide Travel Ins for older people with medical conditions after an Email and found it affordable, which will allow us to go back to the Caribbean, our very first cruise to bring back special memories which we would not have been able to do if the cost was so much better than the other insurances.
