Professional and helpful staff.

Professional and helpful staff. I asked lots of questions and never felt rushed.Ive taken out a world wide annual policy. For me, I felt confident knowing that if I needed any future medical treatment, I was informed that I would have medical coverage on my previous medical conditions. Flexible cover at a competitive price.

When it came to renew our policy, it had increased for an unknown reason as nothing had changed with our health issues. Therefore, I was advised to just reduce to the next level of service to keep the premium at the same level. I went from Gold Plus to Gold which was still a good level for our European travel.
