Reply from AllClear Hello Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Many of customers told us that they do not wish to repeat the process of buying their travel insurance over the phone or online and wanted a more simplified process. So to help with this we launched an automatic renewal service for our annual policies, to ensure their cover continued without the need to call or email us. Should a customer wish to decline automatic renewal of their annual multi-trip policy, or opt out when buying the policy, then we can easily opt them out of this.
