I was able to get travel insurance with All Clear when my husband was awaiting a hospital appointment and our previous provider said they could not cover us. The advisor I spoke to then and the advisor who I spoke to when it came to renewal were both very helpful and gave clear information. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Very helpful members of staff when I had to call

Tried to sort the insurance out online, but struggled because of the maximum duration of trip for over 70s for every company I tried. But on ringing AllClear, which I had to do twice, Kelly and Jay were extremely helpful, and got it sorted for me. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Jollibobs 2024 All the lovely staff at all clear medical insurance are professional,friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you and if a colleague can't answer a query they pass you onto another colleague who maybe can help. I have been a customer for numerous years and wouldn't think of going to any other medical insurance company,and always reccomend yourselves to family and family with medical issues. Great Experience

After having a very good experience with my 86 year old Mum on a recent cruise where she developed pneumonia and we needed to make a large claim on her All Clear insurance I decided to try them for our annual policy since our existing insurance through our bank would not cover beyond 31 days, and we have a 46 day trip later this year. My husband has a number of recent medical issues which needed to be included. One quick phonecall and we were sorted - yes it cost a fair bit - but its a long trip and you can't scrimp on this type of thing really. My experience with my Mums claim was so simple and without arguement so it gave me confidence to entrust All Clear with our cover. I now highly recommend All Clear (I am a Travel Consultant with my own travel agency) to my clients especially those who are older or with medical conditions that others won't cover.
