Best insurance company on the market

I had a serious accident in Jamaica in 2018 which resulted in a broken neck. All Clear were brilliant with their help and assistance to get me back home to the UK and fixed. The accident itself was traumatic but knowing I was fully insured was a massive relief. All Clear were constantly in touch with any wife with updates and the way the whole situation was handled was excellent. I wouldn’t even contemplate going with another company. 2day holiday over £2,000 in debit & no help

Your advisers don’t speak to Each other we have been told different information by everyone we have delt with So Far - had it not been for Jet2 lord knows we’re we will be - still waiting to hear from you no offer of help and When we came To leave the Hospital they wouldn’t let Us leave without giving payment you Wouldn’t authorise any payment at all lucky We could borrow from Friends and family Shocking way to Treat people when they Are I’ll - you have sent us a form which we now have to get our gp To complete which also Incurred a charge. Of your Going to use these people get receipts - we had the Dr visit the hotel - was told It was €55 however once he has tried to help and said I was to I’ll and need to go to hospital the bill Was €280 as we were so upset and the fact that an ambulance would have been an hour we just Got a taxi to The hospital the Dr ref us to which was in Faro - no receipt again just needed to get inside for help - not realising without getting anything written down it’s your own fault & you don’t get refunded - so we are well over €2,500 in debit so if you go on holiday make sure you have access to extra funds to pay any hospital bills - lucky enough jet2 would fly us home although the hospital wanted us to stay and have MRI scan and further Tests which we just Couldn’t afford - we agreed with the DR at the hospital to give us a fit to fly note and we returned home after 2days with lots of medications and pain relief leaving our friends behind - jet 2 were amazing but as for insurance company I can’t rate you & no doubt you won’t publish my review or respond to This review either - I will reserve judgement about the service as a whole when we receive your findings and refund back but at present we would have been better Off going with the Holiday companies own insurance policy Even with My stated recent surgery and back problems Reviewed on: 3rd August 2019
