Straightforward to deal with.

I had to cancel my holiday due to illness and everything was sorted out easily. I was given a form for my GP to fill in confirming my case was genuine and I just followed the instructions and advice given to me by your advisors and I found it to be excellent service. Stress free even. I didn’t even have to wait too long for my refund. I am covered for a future holiday in September and I would not hesitate to recommend you. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019
