Trusted and highly responsive bank.

I felt completely supported throughout the process of opening my business account. Having a dedicated point of contact made all the difference — someone I could reach out to directly with any questions or issues, without the usual wait times or being passed around like with other banks. It’s a rare level of service that’s genuinely helpful when you’re running a busy business. On top of that, the interest rates are refreshingly competitive. We first used Allica for a commercial mortgage on our premises and then more recently are using them for our business banking. We hold business savings with Allica and are also fans of their fantastic rewards account which gives us cashback on nearly all debit card spend! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
