Took too long to open an account, but we got there!

Took over one month to open my Business savings account due to numerous questions/challenges from Allica regarding the legitimacy of my business, which took days/weeks to receive a response from. However, eventually the account was opened and I received a personalised welcome call. The web experience seems quite good, and the saving account interest rate is currently quite attractive.
