i changed to allica as AIB left the uk market and allica offered us a transfer

the first impression was that of emailing an individual not a department and in turn speaking with actual people who answered their phone so allica made the trauma of changing banks after 23 years quite easy and they have been and are very helpful . i highly reccomend them Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Good Choice

Efficient

We transferred from allied Irish after 20 years. It’s very refreshing to get bank to talk to a personal banker and to work with efficient app and online services. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Empty promises

We moved over from AIB after Allica bought their book, as we thought it would be easier. Without going into specifics a lot of hot air and empty promises. the only upside the app is way better than any website AIB tried t do Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Simple and easy to use

There are far too many complicated accounts on the market, with elongated fee structures. Allica's Rewards Account is simple to use, does everything we need and has a snappy app to do all of our day to day banking. When I needed to contact Customer Support for a change of email address, it was easy to speak to someone and I was updated through to completion. Great start! Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
