Easy to deal with

Simple and easy to use

There are far too many complicated accounts on the market, with elongated fee structures. Allica's Rewards Account is simple to use, does everything we need and has a snappy app to do all of our day to day banking. When I needed to contact Customer Support for a change of email address, it was easy to speak to someone and I was updated through to completion. Great start! Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Great personal service

We more or less inherited Allica after AIB GB withdrew from the market for our size of business. we have found them to be much more customer focussed. they have taken a greater interest in us as a business and in understanding our business which is a little unusual. They are very responsive and easy to reach - the polar opposite of what we had before. of course there have been a few hiccups but these have been resolved quickly and thoughtfully.
