Great personal service

We more or less inherited Allica after AIB GB withdrew from the market for our size of business. we have found them to be much more customer focussed. they have taken a greater interest in us as a business and in understanding our business which is a little unusual. They are very responsive and easy to reach - the polar opposite of what we had before. of course there have been a few hiccups but these have been resolved quickly and thoughtfully. A reliable & serious Fin-tech

A serious fintech bank with a general purpose of serving the UK SME community by offering a direct F2F relationship manager which other banks are not. Easy to contact, the meeting with the RM was good. Knowledgeable, industry expert and gave a good insight into what Allica could offer my business.
