Very friendly and progressive bank - breath of fresh air

Excellent Customer Service

Traditional business banking never really worked for us. Whether it was the endless queuing to speak with someone, being passed pillar to post between departments or being sent through unnecessarily onerous processes, our previous bank provided more problems than solutions. Since joining Allica our customer service executive, Marco, has been incredibly helpful and always on hand when needed.
