Online Ease of Access and Maintaining of account

We had to move accounts from AIB as the bank is closing all its operations in the UK. We were visited by the Regional Manager explaining services and got the accounts opened online. Best features are No bank charges for use of current account and cash back for using the Allica credit cards - savings us quite a bit of money. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Very efficient service

I deal with Garry Wilkinson who is very helpful and has always managed to assist an overcome the most complicated cases. The rates for Allica Bank need to be improved particularly on property investment and trading businesses as they are not competitive at all. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023
