Commercial Lending

Allica hit the commercial lending scene in Scotland early 2022 and I am delighted to say we have used them on several occasions as they have an excellent appetite to lend. Great bank with dedicated account managers

I am really impressed with Allica Bank and their innovative products on offer ( i.e.cash back for current accounts) but also how approachable, helpful and efficient our relationship manager is. Dedicated manager & speed of loan

We had a dedicated real human being manager that we could talk to We financed property purchased at auction with a completion deadline The manager Mr Eugene Vichare was superb in co ordinating all parties eg valuers, solicitors, under writing teams etc to complete the loan in a timely manner.
