Happy banking.

I was relatively new to banking away from my main provider. Found Allica with good rates for a 6 month fixed lump sum. Good email communication when opening the account and also when the account was about to mature. Good choices on maturity so I transferred interest back to my nominated account and reinvested the original amount in a new 6 month account, as at the time Allica still had competitive interest rate. Transfers went through with no issues and enough email communication to let me know what was happening, along with a good website and online account page with secure sign in.
