I have been with Alpha Travel Insurance for many years until this year when travel restrictions were introduced. Although I investigated other insurers I always came back to 'Alpha' because they gave me a reasonable price offer and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. No interest once paid

Bought a policy for a holiday in May could not go due to government restrictions due to virus tried email and phone waste of time no answer and no refund . Pity used before no problems will not be using again . Reviewed on: 24th July 2020

Great service during covid19. Rang them to ask advise on moving my policy to the same dates next year. Lovely lady told me she would pass on my request to the underwriters and they would be in touch. Sure has it they did and offered to change the dates for 2021. Cant fault the service I got. Have used them many times before and will continue and will definitely recommend my friends and family.
