Always found it easy to book insurance, despite some medical issues I have. the questionnaire is easy to navigate. Information provided about policy is clear and easy to share with my wife. I do have to note that so far (fingers crossed) I have not needed to make a claim. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

Just wanted to update on using Mounjaro as advised by press. The customer service person had no idea what I was on about and had never heard of Mounjaro so had to go off and ask about it? Was then given the third degree as to why I needed to take it ? Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
