Broke my pelvis in Krabi and Alpha arranged a business class flight return accompanied by a nurse. Also used Alpha when money was stolen from an inroom safe a few years ago. They paid out speedily. Reviewed on: 14th September 2025

We have used aloha for a few years now, always a good price with good cover. Fortunately we have never had to make a claim but I have absolutely no doubt that it would be dealt with efficiency. I have recommended Aloha to others and will continue to do so . Reviewed on: 14th September 2025

NEVER USED ANY OTHER TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR SIX YEARS

So far no problems used them every year including in the covid times since 2019, always receive my documents asap. When I get my documents there's always peace of mind that I am infomed of the local health services in where I am staying.
