Have used Alpha for a good many years. I have found them easy to deal with and efficient. I have only needed to claim against the policy once but the peace of mind is of paramount importance and the cover is good. I can order complete the medical questions and pay through the website and receive the documents and print them without leaving my desk. Reviewed on: 14th September 2025

Broke my pelvis in Krabi and Alpha arranged a business class flight return accompanied by a nurse. Also used Alpha when money was stolen from an inroom safe a few years ago. They paid out speedily. Reviewed on: 14th September 2025

NEVER USED ANY OTHER TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR SIX YEARS

So far no problems used them every year including in the covid times since 2019, always receive my documents asap. When I get my documents there's always peace of mind that I am infomed of the local health services in where I am staying.
