Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I have a savings account with atom and had my phone stolen of Christmas holiday and needed to get in touch with with I was able to ring and speak with someone Boxing Day and they were every help full, happy and polite even though they were working from home Boxing Day Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
