Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Never had a problem since setting up my account , very easy to use and transfer money to and from.Customer services were helpful when I switched mobile phones and had to work out how to register the new one , decent interest rates too compared to banks and building societies these days.
