The app is fantastic, clear and easy to use.

The app is fantastic, clear and easy to use. Payment transfers take seconds to land in the payees account. Interest rates consistently higher than most others, very good communication. I am also extremely happy with the security system on the account. I’ve held an account with Atom for 3 years with zero complaints. 10 out of 10 from me! Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Great bank, great app

I have used Atom for many years and found the app really easy to use. I find the fixed saver accounts really good as I can lock down any amount of money for a time period which suits me. I love the tool which shows me how much money will be in the account after 5 years. I also have an instant saver which gives me a great rate of interest. Atom is by far my favourite bank. Account was easy to set up and manage on the app.

Account was easy to set up and with the app it was easy to transfer money in. Deadline for transfer of all the funds was simple with the app.As an Internet bank they have a really good customer service phone line, we were having a slight issue and when we phoned them they were very friendly and helpful.
