Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom has a good range of products and offers very competitive rates. I have always found their customer service to be extremely helpful. They always go "the extra mile". Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Bad but thankfully short lived experience

Short lived experience - payments kept being refused from the Atom account, despite it being completely funded. Moved to First Direct and glad I did. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

The app is fantastic, clear and easy to use.

The app is fantastic, clear and easy to use. Payment transfers take seconds to land in the payees account. Interest rates consistently higher than most others, very good communication. I am also extremely happy with the security system on the account. I’ve held an account with Atom for 3 years with zero complaints. 10 out of 10 from me! Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
