Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I’ve used Atom bank for about nine years. It’s simple and easy to use especially when you need to move money around. In my experience their interest rates are always market leading and so is their customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

My experience with Atom bank

Myself and my husband have been using Atom bank for a number of years. We have found that their savings rates are usually very competitive. The app is simple to use, and the feedback when making deposits, both via the app and text messages to my phone are rapid which is always a relief to me. The one time I had a question for their customer support, the phone was answered quickly and the question was answered efficiently and politely. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
