Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Smooth running online bank..

Up to date a easy and consistent online banking system. Can't recall having the need to speak to anyone by phone or email (may have once). I like how bank transfers more or less show up immediately. In my unbiased opinion, yes I recommend Atom. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I would have given5 stars except that there is no ISA option and my husband and I cannot have a joint account. I’ve been using Atom for bonds and Instant Saver. Very convenient and fast with clear website. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
