Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Best interest rate. Easy to operate using the app. Fast transfer of funds to linked account. Was just slightly confused about the way the monthly interest rate drops after a withdrawl, but once that was explained to me, all was good. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

The process of moving my savings to Atom couldn’t have been simpler. The transition was easy, and the simple app interface allows me to manage my money in just a few taps.
